​I am an ICF (International Coach Federation) approved Professional Coach. My role as coach is to help you unlock your hidden potential by identifying your subconscious goals, through a creative and collaborative coaching process.

Through a listening and questioning process I will help you to identify emotional blockers that are holding you back. If you join me on a coaching journey I will gently guide you to find the answers you are seeking which will come from yourself. Often we seek answers externally, setting goals and making changes in our lives without seeing that we can access our own knowledge and wisdom from within.

Not only am I a Life Coach but I am a Marketing Trainer and Educator. I have worked as a University Lecturer and Primary School Teacher and have spent most of my career working in Marketing in B2B, B2C, third sector and education environments.

Process

Typically we would work together on a programme of sessions, during which time we will meet regularly. Through a process of gentle enquiry and positive challenge I will use coaching questioning, adhering to the ICF Code of Ethics. We will discuss a personal target where you will craft personal milestones and actions to achieve this. The process can be made up of simply coaching sessions, and/or marketing mentoring sessions to help you launch yourself/your business online.

WHY ME?

I have been on an interesting journey of self discovery the past few years – navigating co parenting two great boys while working out exactly how I want to live my life for the rest of my days! This has been a journey of spirituality, self-discovery, fitness, fun, adventure, solo travel, a re-born love of dance music, clubs, festivals. A lust for life and a genuine excitement for what I can pack into my days. In human design terms I’m a generator – meaning I have a lot of energy, in particular extravert energy which is great news for you as a client as I can help fire you up with enthusiasm.

I am a risk taker and am here to help you take your first step into the unknown with me by your side to help manage the fire with boldness and bravery.
